Nancy Clements, MA, CCC-SLP

Executive Director, Social Cognitive Specialist

Nancy Clements is a Speech and Language Pathologist with over 30 years of experience. She became highly interested in Social Thinking in 2000 when she founded Camp Compass, a unique summer experience for individuals with social communication challenges. Nancy was the former Program Manager of the Social Thinking® and Communication Services program at the Stern Center for Language and Learning in Williston, Vermont. While serving in that role, she developed a comprehensive Social Thinking program that served over 60 children weekly. As the Director of Michelle Garcia Winner’s East Coast Clinical Training Program (Level 1A) and as a member of the Social Thinking® Training and Speakers Collaborative, Nancy is dedicated to delivering high-quality training to professionals in schools and clinical settings. Elisabeth Massina, MSW, LICSW

Social Cognitive Therapist

Elisabeth is a Licensed Master Social Worker who resides in New York City. Liz received her undergraduate degree in psychology at Villanova University and latter attended New York University’s Silver School of Social Work where she received her master’s degree in clinical social work. Liz has been a part of Social Thinking® Boston since its opening where she worked as an assistant coach and later ran the summer CIT Program. Liz has experience working with children and adults in various settings including camps, schools, and inpatient units where she incorporated Social Thinking strategies in conjunction with other treatment modalities. She was previously employed at a private school for twice-exceptional children where she counseled middle and high school students and taught their transition to adulthood program. Living out of state, Liz sees all her clients remotely but looks forward to her monthly trips to the Boston clinic!

Shelby Bronfman, MS, CCC-SLP

Social Cognitive Therapist

Shelby is a Licensed Master Speech Pathologist who resides in Boston. Shelby received her undergraduate degree in Speech and Hearing sciences at George Washington University and went on to attend New York University where she received her Master’s degree in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. Shelby has worked in numerous settings across the field including schools, inpatient and outpatient hospital settings, and with the deaf and hard-of-hearing population. She was drawn to the Social Thinking Methodology and wanted to be more involved in its teaching. She is so happy to be a part of the STB team!

Brendan Sullivan, MS, CF-SLP

Social Cognitive Therapist

Brendan is a Master Speech Language Pathologist who resides in Boston. Brendan earned his undergraduate degree in Communication Science and Disorders from the University of New Hampshire and his Masters Degree in Speech Language Pathology from Regis College. Brendan has previous experience working with children and young adults in schools and private practice settings. He joins the team upon completing his internship here at Social Thinking Boston. Outside of the clinic, Brendan enjoys spending his time at the rink playing hockey. Brendan is extremely motivated and thrilled to be a part of the STB team.
