  • Group Sessions - $125 (Weekly) & $180 (Saturday)

We provide remote and in-person group treatment for students across the globe who are a good match for one another based on their age and level of the social mind, rather than by a diagnostic label. Our Monday-Thursday groups meet weekly for 1 hour and our Saturday groups meet twice per month for 1.5 hours. Caregivers are kept informed of what their child is working on through meetings with clinicians and/or letters home.

  • Individual Sessions - $200-$250/hour

Individual therapy at the clinic is provided for children and adults on a limited basis. Sessions take place Monday-Thursday for 1 hour on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. Clients can choose to meet with their clinician remotely or in-person. All individual sessions include a 10 minute caregiver wrap-up though caregivers can opt to meet for longer.

  • Parent Coaching - $200-$250/hour

While all of our group and individual sessions have a parent component we do offer individual parent coaching on a limited basis based on clinician availability. Parents are able to meet with one of our social cognitive coaches and receive individualized support around how to best support the needs of their child and carry learning over to home.

  • Summer Learning Experience

Clients can continue or begin their social learning journey over the summer months both in-person and remotely. We offer a variety of services including weekly groups, week-long intensives and individual sessions.

  • In-School Student Support – $250/hour

Highly-trained clinicians are able to support students in their school settings and classrooms to bridge the gap between social and academic life. Coaches will meet with school staff and provide consultations to continue social learning outside of sessions.

  • Social Thinking Assessments – $2,000

The Informal Dynamic Assessment is designed to determine the student’s Social Thinking communication ability as well as their strengths and weaknesses. The information is then used to make recommendations to support the student’s academic and social path. Please note that the assessment is not required to receive services.

  • Clinical Training for Professionals

Nancy Clements, director of Social Thinking Boston, offers a three-day Professional Social Thinking Training program at the clinic. Parents, educators and clinicians are able to learn more about the methodology and observe sessions at the clinic.
